Specialization Economics, Environment and Policy in 'Consumer Studies'
Greening Industries entails the management of social, economic and environmental change within industrial production. The specialization Economics, Environment, and Policy focuses on economic, environmental, and policy analysis, and is a.o. concerned with economic development in the agricultural and foodprocessing sector and with international trade. To analyze these issues, macro- and micro-economic theories are applied, as well as theories from law, sociology, and political science. The MSc Management, Economics and Consumer studies in which this specialization is done focuses on the managerial, economic, environmental and sociological aspects of the production and consumption of food within households and businesses in a sustainable and dynamic environment.
