The specialization Economics, Environment, and Policy focuses on economic, environmental, and policy analysis, and is a.o. concerned with economic development in the agricultural and foodprocessing sector and with international trade. To analyze these issues, macro- and micro-economic theories are applied, as well as theories from law, sociology, and political science.
