Major Environmental Policy in Environmental Sciences

Sustainable Consumption issues can only be dealt with in close consideration of production and consumption chains. The Major Environmental Policy can offer you the academic skills in analyzing and evaluating policy and governance of sustainable consumption patterns and lifestyles. The program will give students the theoretical and empirical tools to analyze, evaluate and (help) design processes of environmental reform from the local up to the global level.
The Master Environmental Sciences in which this major can be done provides insight into the socio-economic causes, the nature, and the consequences of pollution and degradation of the natural environment. It intends to generate technology as well as socio-political and economic instruments to control and prevent environmental problems in an interdisciplinary way.
